The Next Gen Presenter Program was created to encourage early career professionals to share their research, build professional connections, and participate fully in the ACRM Annual Conference & EXPO.
If you are an accepted poster presenter and meet the eligibility requirements below, you may qualify for a 50% discount on your conference registration.
Program Benefits
Eligible applicants receive 50% off Early Career conference registration at the Early Bird rate (deadline July 31).
The discount applies to the following Early Bird registration rates:

The discount applies only to Early Career member or non-member registration rates that qualify for Early Bird pricing. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers, including presenter discount codes.
Who Is Eligible?
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be the presenting author of an accepted poster.
- Be an early career professional (within five years of earning their terminal degree).
- Attend and present in person.
- Register using the Pay Later option by July 31.
- Submit the Next Gen Presenter application by July 31.
Approved applicants will be notified no later than August 4.
How It Works
- Submit the short online application.
- Register for the conference using the Pay Later option by July 31.
- ACRM reviews applications for eligibility.
- The first 25 eligible applicants are approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Once approved, ACRM applies the 50% registration discount and sends you an updated invoice reflecting your new balance due.
