Joshua B. Cantor Award
The Cantor Scholar Award is presented by the Brain Injury Interdisciplinary Special Interest Group (BI-ISIG) to a BI-ISIG member in recognition of outstanding research that is judged to be a significant contribution to the field of brain injury rehabilitation. This memorial award is named in honor of Dr. Joshua B. Cantor, who was an ACRM and BI-ISIG member well-known for his research on life after TBI.

Eligibility
- Demonstration of a solid contribution to the field of brain injury rehabilitation.
- Research demonstrates methodological soundness and/or creativity in research design or intervention content.
- All career levels are eligible, with some preference given to mid-career professionals.
- Nominee must be a BI-ISIG and ACRM member.
- Self-nominations are welcome.
Nomination Requirements
- Letter of nomination outlining the nominee’s contribution or contributions.
- Current curriculum vitae, including the nominee’s phone number and email address.
- One to two representative publications.
- Nominations must include all required submission materials and be received no later than the annual deadline.
